I grew up in Anchorage and coached for the Alyeska Ski Club for six years before the RIPPERS pogram began. Prior to that I was coaching at Mt Bachelor, Schweitzer, Crested Butte and Snowbird. I also spent eleven summers at Mt Hood-hooray for summer skiing! I’m PSIA Level 3 certified and attended the USSA Level 200 academy. I strive to connect with every athlete, help them reach their own goals, and inspire a lifelong love of skiing. Having fun, learning life lessons and of course skill development are my goals for the athletes.
I grew up in Québec, Canada and have been involved in ski racing as an athlete and a coach for 30+ years. This will be my 15th year as a ski coach and my third season with MLC. Prior to coaching, I raced for the Québec Ski Team and the UAA Ski Team. I am a USSA level 200 certified coach. I have worked with age groups U10 all the way to FIS college athletes and I have experience coaching in Canada and the USA. Alpine ski racing is a life long passion for me. Besides sharing this passion and keeping it fun, my goal is to develop confident skiers with strong ski fundamentals and provide exposures and opportunities for athletes to build character and gain tools to succeed both as athletes and in their daily life.
